This campground is one of the delightful spots to camp here in the Central Cascade Range. Spring - Deschutes is located in an area with lots of exciting things to do, and it is one of a lot of
 delightful campgrounds in this area. The welcoming people working here and the satisfactorily looked after facilities beat anything.
There are 550 acres of skiable area at Willamette Pass, 34% of the ski slopes are demanding; those are the ones the experienced skiers enjoy the most. 66% of the ski slopes at Willamette Pass are blue and green and well suited for little ones and beginners. The nearby ski resort Willamette Pass gets blanketed by 36 feet of ice cold snow every winter. Willamette Pass has 6 good ski lifts that serve its 29 ski slopes; the vertical drop is 1,563 feet. A pretty backpacking and hiking trail nearby is Windy Lakes Trail; it's 8 miles in length and has a variation
 
in elevation of 1,381 feet. You require one day to hike the Windy Lakes Trail; it's a challenging hike. A splendid 6.8-mile-from-start-to-finish trail with a splendid 1,098-foot height variation can be found around here.
