There's no nicer way to consume two hours than to backcountry walk the wonderful Coffeepot Trail. With its 3,351 foot height difference it's a wonderful backpacking and hiking trail; the Black Canyon Trail is 8.1 miles of good backcountry backpacking. In the region of one and a half days of demanding backcountry backpacking on the Black Canyon Trail is time well used. South Prong Trail in the vicinity is 4.9 miles in distance and has a perfect 2,147-foot variation in elevation;  
it's a stunning hiking trail. A demanding hiking trail it is; South Prong Trail calls for in the region of six hours to backcountry hike.
