Whitewater boaters on this part of Clackamas River should possess a little bit of skill in whitewater boating. Naturally, whitewater boating is exciting but hazardous; check current conditions before heading out. The 968 foot difference in height Summit Lake Trail is a lovely place to go trekking; it's 5.6 miles of splendid trekking.
 
The altitude variation is 243 feet for a pretty 2.4-mile-long wilderness hiking trail around here; we are naturally talking about the Skyline Alternate Trail.
