The elevation variation is 1,523 feet for a beautiful 4.7-mile-in-length hiking trail in close proximity; we are of course talking about the Lost Lake Trail. This hiking trail, the Lost Lake Trail is an average hike that requires in the order of four and a half hours. With its 237 foot elevation difference it's a lovely backpacking
 
trail; the Chinaman Trail is 3.2 miles of delightful backcountry hiking. Lake Creek Trail nearby is 8.7 miles from beginning to end and has a great 2,647-foot height difference; it's a charming trail.
