Hoosier Canyon is a very well esteemed campground by the folks of Sacramento. Lots of folks stay at Hoosier Canyon all through
 their trip to Lincoln National Forest.
Visiting White Sands National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; there are plenty of folks from Sacramento here. And if that's not enough there's lots more cool things to do in the Sacramento Mountains. Oliver Lee Memorial State Park is a fine place to stretch your legs a bit, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Silver Lake. At this campground you will always have a good time. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Osha Trail; when you're here it's always fun to explore Lincoln National Forest. Lodge Golf Course is a nice golf course nearby, and during a winter visit to Hoosier
 
Canyon you could also stop by Triple M Snow Play and rent a snow mobile. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place.
