Naturally, whitewater rafting or kayaking is amusing but hazardous; check current conditions in advance of a trip. Going for a hike on the Fort Steele Trail is always a nice adventure, and Lone Pine State Park is a great location to go. Don't leave Red Meadow Lake without first going for a hike along the Mount Marston National Recreation Trail.
