There are lots of runs at Camden that are blue and green, 90% of them while 10% are demanding. Camden is a delightful ski hill with 40 acres of skiing territory. The 4 feet of ice cold snow that fall every year at the nearby ski hill Camden is nice. Camden has 3 ski lifts, a delightful 1,150-foot altitude difference, and 11 runs. A good 3.5-mile-in-distance whitewater section on Ducktrap River is close by. This, the Black Brook to Ducktrap Harbor section, is a class II-V. Only those proficient in whitewater boating should attempt to raft this section of Ducktrap River. Always check the situation before heading out whitewater

boating as whitewater boating is a dangerous thing to do. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Camden Hills State Park; Mount Battie Trail is a splendid local trail.
