Apalachicola National Forest is a great place to pop by, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Trail of the Lakes. If you come to this campground, you will have a perfect time for sure. A tremendous swamp in close proximity to Cliff Lake Hunt Camp is Whitehead Swamp; do check out Fish Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. You'll meet a lot of folks from Sumatra here. rather wet place ordinarily with much rain. July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is April. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Cliff Lake Hunt Camp while night lows are commonly in the 70's.
