You really can't spend too much time indoors; you need to get out once in a while; Walk Through Time in Colorado is a really perfect place to spend some time. If you like the outdoors, you won’t be dissatisfied; there's whitewater paddling, swimming, hiking, and fishing, so it's out of the question to get bored. | | right this part of Colorado River is a cool part of river for whitewater rafting and kayaking. Check the latest conditions before heading out on the whitewater, otherwise it's not secure. Rabbit Valley is in the vicinity of Walk Through Time and is a good spot, naturally you could also take a look at Mack Mesa Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all. The vistas at Colorado National Monument will blow your mind, and Walk Through Time is right by the Pollock Trail. This campground is a great site to check out. A tour to Highline State Park when you're here at Walk Through Time is a tremendous idea, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Old Ute Indian Trail. Not much precipitation | |
