Restrooms are as expected available, and there are water hookups. Several people camp here throughout their journey to Weaverville Joss House State Park. If you fancy the outdoors, you won’t be let down; there's swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so running out of exciting stuff to do won’t happen. | | then; East Weaver, California is a good place for getting out. A wonderful 30.3-mile-long whitewater run on Trinity River is close by. This, the Lewiston to Junction City portion, is a grade II. It's possibly reasonable to go paddling on this run of Trinity River even if you feel your paddling capabilities aren't very wonderful. Check the latest conditions ahead of going on the whitewater, or else it's not safe. Nearby Schofield Gulch is a good place to go if you're at East Weaver, and a pleasant journey to Musser Flat is a splendid way to spend an afternoon.
