You have to get out of the house, and Clark Fork in California is

just the location. This campground is one of the great places to camp here in the Central Sierra Nevada. The pleasant personnel and all the cool things to do are in themselves incentive enough to come here.
This segment of California
is always a bliss to stop at during camping season.
There's such an incredible array of things to do at Clark Fork including fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so running out of amusing things to do won’t happen. Needless to say there are showers at this campground.
Loads of people camp here so they can go to Stanislaus National Forest. Nearby you come upon the Baker Campground to Donnells Lake section, a class IV-V bit of whitewater. It's a pleasant 13-mile-in-distance bit on Stanislaus River - Middle Fork. Don't go whitewater boating on this bit of Stanislaus River - Middle Fork unless you feel your whitewater boating capabilities are very pleasant. Check the

situation previous to going on the whitewater, otherwise it's not safe and sound. There's a pleasant 66-mile-long backcountry trail having a pleasant 3,818-foot difference in height close at hand; this pretty backcountry trail is the Pacific Crest Trail - section 13.
