There are unsurprisingly restrooms at this campground. The good local attractions and the nearby outdoors recreation are good reasons to come. This segment of California is always a pleasure to visit throughout camping season. The positive surroundings and the splendid quality of everything here beat anything.
Dead Mule is one of the places to camp here in the Klamath Mountains. Lots of folks stay at Dead Mule to take a look at nearby Mendocino National Forest.
There's so much to do at Dead Mule including hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so possibly you want to stay a bit.

    are so many enjoyable things close to Dead Mule; it is a fun location for everybody.
On close by Thomes Creek you locate a category IV-V+ segment of whitewater; the Above Paskenta portion is 22 miles long. For expert raft paddlers
 this segment of Thomes Creek is an amusing place to raft. Naturally, paddling is fun but risky; check the latest conditions previous to going. Buttermilk Trail close by is 1.2 miles from start to finish and has a nice 1,097-foot altitude variation; it's a delightful backpacking and hiking trail. An average backpacking and hiking trail like Buttermilk Trail ought to take you in the order of two hours. Ides Cove National Recreation Trail is 12 miles from beginning to end. This gorgeous wilderness hiking trail has an elevation variation of 1,863 feet.
