| | There is a great hiking trail near Eagles Peak called the Northkill Path; get yourself into a kayak and hit Brandywine Creek - West Branch. Going to Locust Lake State Park near Eagles Peak is a tremendous thing to do, and scenic scenery and magnificent skiing is what you acquire at Blue Marsh.

Do visit Newmanstown Reservoirs close to Eagles Peak, it's a pretty lake; the South Mountain casts its shadow over Eagles Peak. At Eagles Peak all through the summertime highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime
brings highs down to the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Eagles Peak. Eagles Peak is a wet site that gets a good deal of rain; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February.
