you to spend too much time indoors; you need to get out every now and then; Cedar Creek State Park in West Virginia is a wonderful site to go.
The high level of rainfall makes Cedar Creek State Park a rather wet site; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest.
