| | This campground is so pleasant. El Malpais National Monument is a pleasant national park, and while you're here you can play some golf at Coyote Del Malpais Golf Course. Finally, it's time for a camping trip again, and Elusive Malpais Campground is a delightful local campground if you happen to be in New Mexico. If you are in New Mexico through camping season, you have to go camping.

At Elusive Malpais Campground through the months of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Elusive Malpais Campground temperatures descend to the 10's. and the driest of the months is April. As if Elusive Malpais Campground wasn't enough, you can also go fishing, playing golf, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
