usually in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Armstrong Creek RV Park. This is such a fun location for a campground. If the weather is wonderful here at Armstrong Creek RV Park, you can go for a hike
along the Bald Mountain Trail, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Sugar Mountain. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Curtis Creek, and Mount Mitchell State Park is both good and scenic.
