here; it's not far at all. Whistle Stop RV Park gets a great deal of water; through March this area sees the most rain, and October is the month with the least moisture. This campground is always a diversion. Black Rock Mountain State Park is a picturesque spot any time of
year, and you're sure to bump into some great folks from Franklin here. And if that's not enough there's loads more fun stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Nantahala National Forest is a delightful spot to stretch your legs a bit, and great hiking is available along the Rufus
Morgan Trail. Glide down the rapids of Cartoogechaye River in a kayak, and while you're here why not explore Windy Gap. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Whistle Stop RV Park. Crawford Branch is a gorgeous stream that is worth taking a look
at, and don't leave Whistle Stop RV Park without first going for a hike along the Rartram Trail. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cullasaja River, and Mill Creek Country Club is a splendid golf course nearby. Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more amusing
stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Whistle Stop RV Park. A day on the slopes of Scaly Mountain is just what you need, and if you're here you can play some golf at Franklin Golf Course.
