 on North Toe River is close by. This, the Plumtree to Bush Rd/Rt. 19E sector, is a class II. The Plumtree to Bush Rd/Rt. 19E sector of North Toe River is fitting for raft paddlers who haven't been kayak paddling for so long. Check restrictions before you go on the whitewater, otherwise it's not safe and sound. Going for a hike on the Unaka Mountain Scenic Trail is always a great adventure. If by chance you crave getting out on the water, Fish Springs Marina is nearby. The Stamping Ground Trail is a tremendous hiking trail right next door to Saylor Lake RV Park, and a quick tour to White Oak Creek is certainly a nice idea. This campground is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Ravens Lore  
Trail; if you're here and you like golf, you can visit Grassy Creek Golf & Country Club. Places like Roan Mountain State Park are glorious to stop at, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Red Fork Falls Trail.
