through January while July is mostly the driest month. While visiting this neighborhood in Idaho it's a pleasant idea to go for a camping trip too. Kelly Canyon has delightful slopes and a friendly staff; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Falls River.
