| | Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, you need to get out of the house, and Mystic KOA in Connecticut is exactly what you need. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the amusing stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, playing golf, fishing, swimming, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. The wonderful selection of local attractions, and the wonderful variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back persistently. It's completely out of the question to run out of cool stuff to do close |

This campground is so beautiful. All our national parks are brilliant sites to take a look at, and Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is no exception, and a pleasant spot for whitewater paddling is Natchaug
| River. Going camping here in Connecticut is something you must do. Going to Hopeville Pond State Park right next door to Mystic KOA is a great thing to do, and not far from Mystic KOA you'll locate Gallup Pond which is a stunning lake.
While you're here at Mystic KOA you can play some golf at Elmridge Golf Course; lots of folks from North Stonington come here.
A lot of people opt for this campground in order to be right next door to Hopeville Pond State Park. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great earth it would | |

be. The Narragansett Trail offers hiking at its best, and Pitcher Mountain is simple to spot from Mystic KOA.
Haley Farm State Park is a good spot to visit on a gorgeous day, and some close by water includes Assekonk Brook. Coming to this campground is always a magnificent
idea. Swamps don’t sound that good but Assekonk Swamp in the vicinity of Mystic KOA is rather good, and close to Mystic KOA you find a golf course called Pequot Golf Club. All the lively people and lots of cool stuff to do are in themselves reason enough to come here.
Mystic
KOA ordinarily gets a lot of precipitation; during the month of November you get the most rain around here; June meanwhile is the driest month. Yawgoo Valley is a delightful local ski area, and get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Quinebaug River.
Through the
long summer days here at Mystic KOA, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Mystic KOA night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Matunuck Shore Break.
