Feather Falls KOA is an old favorite with visitors from Palermo. A campground like this is too good to miss. Big Kimshew Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and a golf course close by is Table Mountain Golf Course. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Butte Creek.

Feather River - North Fork is a good whitewater spot in close proximity to Feather Falls KOA, and if you've had enough of Feather Falls KOA, Thermalito Diversion Pool is nearby. The personnel who's always there to be of assistance and all the cool things to do beat anything.

fun any time. The yearly rain here at Feather Falls KOA is about average; through January this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is July.
Why not stop at Fish Barrier Dam while you're here, and during your trip here you'll meet some folks from Palermo for sure.
All the magnificent local attractions around here and the close by outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came. Summertime at Feather Falls KOA comes with high temperatures in the 90's, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course, mostly in the 60's. All through the wintertime
this place gets highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Feather Falls KOA.
Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the amusing stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, playing golf, swimming, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
