Century 2 Campground and RV Park, Bitterroot Range, Idaho Custom Search   This is a well kept clean campground. It has showers,flush toliets and a laundry. It also has wi fi. It is located on the banks of the Salmon River in the City of Salmon,Idaho.The park caters to RVers and Tenters but also has a cabin and a few hostel beds.  All city services are within walking distance. The City has a very good market,a micro brewery and some good places to eat. Rafting companieis are glad to pick up at the campground. There are two very good rafting companies that do both scenic and whitewater trips.Mountain biking rentals and trails     are a short distance from the campground. Going for a hike along the Moose Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Painted Rocks State Park is a fine spot to stretch your legs a bit. Coming to this campground is always a good idea. Lemhi Valley is in the vicinity of Century 2 Campground and RV Park and is definitely a great location to have a look at, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Hornet Creek Trail. Century 2 Campground and RV Park gets very little precipitation; June is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February. Be careful coming to the Bitterroot Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. If the weather is magnificent here at Century 2 Campground and RV Park, you can go for a hike along the Brushy Gulch Trail; people from Salmon love to come   here. Lemhi River is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit, and hiking along the Daly Creek Trail is great fun. This campground is so gorgeous. Century 2 Campground and RV Park truly is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise. There are some great whitewater spots on Salmon River, and while you're here and you like golf, you can go to Salmon Golf Course. Yeah, come up here to the Bitterroot Range for a fine time. There's whitewater on Panther Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and everybody close by loves skiing at Lost Trail Powder Mountain. High temperatures at Century 2 Campground and RV Park during the days of summer are in the 80's while overnight lows are generally in the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's while Century 2 Campground and RV Park nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's.
