We are located 8 miles from Monterey. Close to Monterey Bay Aquarium and Monterey Wharf. We are also close to Carmel, Pacific Grove, California State University on Monterey Bay.
There on Golf Courses close by on the old Fort Ord called Blackhorse and Bayonnette. We are also close to the courses at Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay and several others. We also have kayaking and scuba diving near by or just come surf or hang glide at Marina State Beach close by.

Everybody loves Marina State Beach, and don't leave Marina Dunes RV Park without first going for a hike along the Soberanes Canyon Trail. This is such a brilliant campground.
| There's great hiking along the San Clemente Trail; there's whitewater on San Lorenzo River for all you adrenaline junkies.
