This is a good position for tent camping, and rental boats are available   here at Withrow Springs State Park. The Highway 23 to War Eagle Mill section is a delightful 38-mile-long grade I-II stretch of whitewater on War Eagle Creek. This stretch of War Eagle Creek is advised for beginner whitewater boaters.
