Near Whistler Gulch RV Park and Campground you hit upon the Big Hill Ski Trail which is a fine hiking trail; a trip to Bear Butte State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. Don't leave Whistler Gulch RV Park and Campground without first going for a hike along the Silver Arrow Trail, and there are tremendous places to look at along the Rapid Creek Trail. This is such a lovely campground. Going for a hike on the Rim Rock Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and Tomahawk Country Club is a golf course close by. So much enjoyable stuff near Whistler Gulch RV Park and Campground, and if you're trying to find a nice place to go for a weekend of camping, this is a nice selection.
