You can run the rapids of Laurel Run near Pine Hill Campground; Pine Hill Campground is near Blackwater Falls State Park which is a lovely spot. This campground is so pretty. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Sandy Creek; if you've had enough of Pine Hill Campground, Bruceton Mills Lake is close by.
