This campground is so good. If you're a golfer then a perfect close by course is Waumbek Golf Club, and if you come at the right time of year, Ammonoosuc River offers some fine whitewater. A number of folks camp here to check out nearby Maidstone State Park. As long as you adore the outdoors you will adore New Hampshire.

Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. Here at Mountain Lake Campground you'll almost certainly meet some people from Lancaster, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Bretton Woods. Glide down the rapids of Israel
| River in a kayak, and Mountain Lake Campground is right by the Turtle Brook Trail.
Mountain Lake Campground is a top selection with the folks in Lancaster. This is a good campground. Franconia Notch State Park is a brilliant location, and there's wonderful hiking along the Black Brook Trail. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop by Blood Pond right next door to Mountain Lake Campground; the Nubble Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best.
