| Lone Mountain RV Resort is built on property that has been in one family for nearly 100 years. It was purchased by Herbert Woodbury in 1910, and then went to his son, Bill, in 1950, and to Bill's son Glenn in 1990. Owners Glenn and Lori Woodbury said the park is situated in an ideal setting. if that's not sufficient there's plenty more exciting stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. Fry Gulch is near Lone Mountain RV Resort and is undeniably a nice place to stop at, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Althouse Trail. This is such a great campground. You can
run the rapids of Smith River - North Fork near Lone Mountain RV Resort; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lone Mountain RV Resort; Chetco Divide Trail is a magnificent local trail. A journey to Oregon Caves National Monument is recommended, and there's whitewater on Smith
