LDS Camp Ritchie mostly gets a lot of rainfall; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. A campground like this is too fine to miss. If the weather is pleasant here at LDS Camp Ritchie, you can go for a hike along the Hawley Grade Trail, and whitewater paddling is nice on American River - South Fork. There are splendid places to explore along the Red Peak Trail. This campground is so fine.
