Now, you may imagine that's plenty but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Camp Colman. Places like Penrose Point State Park are perfect to pop by, and a good beach close by is Joemma Beach. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Duckabush River, and Joemma Beach State Park is a tremendous place to stretch your legs a bit. There's so much to do near Camp Colman, and being here is nice fun any time. Camp     Colman is a top pick with folks in Lakebay. The warmest time of the year at Camp Colman arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's, and overnight lows at Camp Colman throughout the wintertime generally drop into the 30's. Don't forget to visit Whiteman Cove if you're here at Camp Colman; get yourself into a kayak and hit Deschutes River.
