| | This campground is so nice. Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Mountain Camp is a glorious local campground if you happen to be in California. Good hiking is available along the West Point Trail, and if you crave a little side visit, try Alcatraz Shoal.
Scores of folks stay at Mountain Camp in order to be right next door to Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
Go for a hike on the Throckmorton Trail, and a great view of beautiful Russian Hill is available. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Mountain Camp. All |

our national parks are perfect places to pop by, and Presidio National Park is no exception; time spent at Sand Springs Beach is always delightful. An average amount of rain falls at Mountain Camp; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that rains the
| most; July is when it's the driest.
Why not have a look at Gashouse Cove also while you're here; Candlestick Point State Park is a charming place any time of year. Mountain Camp is often visited by the folks of San Francisco. Mountain Camp is situated in an area with loads of cool stuff to do, and it is one of loads of glorious campgrounds in this neighborhood.

golf, hiking, and fishing, so it's out of the question to get bored. Now, you may believe that's lots but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Mountain Camp. Near Mountain Camp you find the Temelpa Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and Gleneagles International
Golf Course is a golf course nearby.
This campground is a delightful location to stop at. East Harbor is not far at all from Mountain Camp; for you golfers we recommend close by Presidio Golf Course. The staff of this glorious campground and all the cool stuff have people coming
from near and far. At this campground you will always have a nice time. Going for a hike on the Ben Johnson Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and you can spend the day on the beach at Perles Beach.
All the good local attractions in the vicinity and all the outdoors recreation
are great incentives to come. Angel Island State Park is a splendid spot to stretch your legs a bit, and a golf course nearby is Harding Park Golf Course.
A charming lake like Lombard Street Reservoir next to Mountain Camp is a splendid place to explore; there are plenty of
folks from San Francisco here. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Mountain Camp. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 50's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Mountain Camp dip into the 40's.
