Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West, Colorado

| | Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West is Bible-based Youth Camp Teaching the Bible Since 1974. We operate as a retreat center for children, youth and adults year around. A typical week-end retreat costs $95 per person.
Our Mission:
Our greatest desire is that God would use Camp West for His glory in bringing people to him in evangelism and discipleship. Our prayer is that this occurs both in the retreats we host and the summer camps we operate for children and youth.
For good reason, we qualify the types of organizations that may use this facility |

to those who are best described as 'Bible believing'. In other words, they are churches and ministries that believe the Bible to be God's inerrant and inspired word, and live out their lives in regards to what the Bible teaches. That is not to say that all groups that use this
| camp are in total agreeement on all issues. But on the basics of biblical orthodoxy, we must agree.
Affiliations, Ownership, Denominations...
Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West is an independent ministry, not affiliated with any one church or denomination, and not owned by any group, individual, or church. The camp has been a ministry of trust for the past 32 years, continuing to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and teaching the Bible as the cornerstone of this ministry.

on the teaching of the Bible. It is our distinct desire that God would utilize this facility in many ways to cause others to grow in Him. We desire the camp to be a place of scriptural discipleship, where the word is taught, studied, and lived out that we may grow in grace, and
love Jesus more each day. For how can we serve someone we do not love, and how can we love someone we do not know. And how can we know Him apart from studying His Word?

Get yourself into a kayak and hit Crystal River - South Fork; going
for a hike on the Hammond Trail is always a splendid adventure. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things next to Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West. A wonderful site to check out in close proximity to Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West is Snowshoe Canyon. Coming to this campground is always a good
idea. At Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West you always meet someone from Somerset; at Paonia Dam close to Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West there are some out of the ordinary things to see. Get soaked paddling on Anthracite Creek - Ruby Fork, and you can go for a hike on the Minnesota Pass Trail.
This
is a delightful region for folks who like lakes. Paonia Reservoir is a lake around here, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Hammond Trail. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Snowshoe Creek is one of the streams close by that might be
worth stopping at, and the Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway is a wonderful hiking trail close by. Paddling on Gunnison River - North Fork is so much fun; skiing at Sunlight Mountain is one of those things you just ought to do.
All through the months of summer at Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je
