Feeling down from spending too much time indoors, Don't worry; Tennessee Country Campground is a pleasant local campground if you happen to be in Tennessee. This is such a fun place for a campground. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Gee Creek, and Obed Wild & Scenic River is
a splendid place nearby.
This campground is always a diversion. Do stop at Tellico Lake near Tennessee Country Campground, it's a scenic lake, and Tennessee Country Campground is right by the Starr Mountain Trail. Paddling on Little Loss Creek is so much fun; Fort Loudoun State
Park is both great and striking. For the duration of the warm months here at Tennessee Country Campground, high temperatures usually reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 40's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Tennessee Country Campground temperatures fall to the 20's.
