In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Deep River; the Northington Ferry Trail is a pleasant hiking trail nearby. Cameron Boys' Camp gets a good deal of water; July is when you get the most rain here; April is when it's the driest. While you're here at Cameron Boys' Camp you can take a hike along the Campbell Creek     Loop; golf can be played at Carolina Lakes Golf Course. During the summertime months highs here at Cameron Boys' Camp reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Cameron Boys' Camp dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. Any time is a glorious time at Cameron Boys' Camp if you have a thing about the outdoors. Playing golf is lots of fun at Carolina Lakes Golf Course; a visit to Weymouth Woods - Sandhills State Park rejuvenates the spirit. This campground is always a pleasure. The summit of Cameron Hill can be distinguished from Cameron Boys' Camp, and going for a hike on the American Beech Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Buckhorn Creek is a great whitewater spot in close proximity to Cameron Boys' Camp, and on   a delightful day you can take a hike along the Lanier Falls Trail. If you're here at Cameron Boys' Camp, you could check out Deer Branch, and close by you hit upon the Fish Camp Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. This is such a fun spot for a campground. Raven Rock State Park is a glorious place; if you've had enough of Cameron Boys' Camp, West Pond is nearby. This is a popular place for folks from Olivia, and a glorious site for whitewater paddling is Little River. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Cameron Boys' Camp.
