| | A campground like this is too splendid to miss. If you're a golfer then a good nearby course is Oak Lawn Golf Course, and lots of folks from Marshall come here. Places like Martin Creek Lake State Park are perfect to go to, and the Caddo Lake State Park Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by.
Camp Fern is a campground reasonably often visited by the people in Lodi. Lots of people select this campground to be close to Caddo Lake State. Lakes are wonderful; Fern Lake is a lake that's next to Camp Fern.

Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the entertaining stuff you can do is hiking, fishing, playing
| golf, and swimming, so you won’t get bored. There are so many amusing things near Camp Fern, and to be at this place is always fun. At Lake Fern Dam right next door to Camp Fern there are some interesting things to see; Caddo Lake State is a great place to stretch your legs a bit.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Camp Fern a wet place; April is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is August. For the period of the summer months at Camp Fern highs are usually in the 90's; the overnight is somewhat cooler of course, generally | |

in the 70's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 50's with temperatures at Camp Fern dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
