A journey to Camp Pontiac wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by Lake Taghkanic State Park, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Undermountain Golf Course is in the vicinity. A tremendous spot like Mt. Washington State Forest in the neighborhood of Camp Pontiac is too pleasant to leave out, and going for a hike on the Elbow Trail is always a great adventure. All the delightful local attractions in close proximity and such a delightful variety of outdoors recreation will certainly have you coming back persistently.
