Throughout the warm days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Long Lake Camp, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's with temperatures at Long Lake Camp dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. So many exciting things to do at Long Lake Camp, so little time. Do schedule some time to visit Kellers Bay in the neighborhood of Long Lake Camp if you have a chance, and fine hiking is available along   the Northville Lake Placid Trail. Long Lake Camp is a top selection campground with the people from Blue Mountain Lake. Such a wonderful choice of attractions and all the outdoors recreation are great reasons to come. Camping in New York is such an enjoyable activity. The positive ambiance and all the great passtime activities have people coming here. This campground is always a bliss. In the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Round Lake Outlet, and Raquette River is a nice whitewater spot close by. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Adirondack Mountains. Whitewater paddling is nice on Rock River, and Long Lake Camp is right by the Mt. Emmons-Corey's Road - Ward Brook Truck Trail. There's such a large number of things to do in the vicinity of Long Lake Camp, and if you're trying to locate a glorious place to go camping for a couple of days, this is a great choice. There's more to do in the vicinity of Long Lake Camp other than just hanging out such as fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so it's out of the question to get bored.
