Hughes Lake Shore Park is a wonderful camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Sierra Madre. Some people opt for this campground so they can go to Antelope Valley State Park. The pleasant selection of local attractions, and such a pleasant variety of outdoors recreation
are nice causes to come. The staff that operates this campground and the loveliness of the site are a pleasant attraction for loads of folks. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area right next door to Hughes Lake Shore Park has to offer. Lucky
Canyon is a delightful spot to discover, and Hughes Lake Shore Park is right by the Warm Springs Necktie Trail. At Hughes Lake Shore Park throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures
at Hughes Lake Shore Park dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. This is such a fun place for a campground. Some activities here at Hughes Lake Shore Park are hiking, fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
