Seboeis River portion of Shin Brook River is 6 miles long. This part of Shin Brook River is proposed for experienced whitewater paddlers only. For your safety you should always check conditions prior to going whitewater rafting or kayaking. Go for a hike on the Jerry Pond Tote Road, and the peak of Allen Hill can be spotted from Conklin's Lodge & Camps. Don't leave Conklin's Lodge & Camps without first going for a hike along the Sandbank Trail.
