The class I-II Route 98 to Lake Erie segment of Elk Creek is 13 miles long.   For those inexperienced in raft paddling this section of Elk Creek may be a cool location to kayak. You have to check restrictions ahead of going; raft paddling may get treacherous. Go ahead and take the kids to Splash Lagoon Water Park RSRT while you're here at Camp Notre Dame.
