Honey Bear Campground, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina Custom Search   There are plenty of winter activities around Boone, but this campground is closed during the winter. Says Melissa Cable TV hookups are at your disposal, so you can watch TV, and if you like comfort, there are great cabins here. The gameroom is enjoyable for young and old; this is       a good place for tent camping. There are RV hookups for your RV here, and there is a washing machine room for you to utilize. Continue to be connected while here at Honey Bear Campground with the wifi offered, and bring your fishing   hat because fishing here is great . Everyone loves bicycling here, and there are showers here at Honey Bear Campground. At the close by supermarket you can stumble on anything you require, and if you would like something you can run into it at the store. Restrooms are of course on hand, and going for a fine hike is always enjoyable here. If you like fly fishing, this is a glorious place; horseback riding is offered at this campground. The difficult ski       trails at Appalachian Mountain account for 35% of the ski trails, and they are incredibly good; beginners and young ones are in luck too, 65% of the 17 acres of skiable territory are blanketed by green and blue ski trails. 5 different   ski lifts transport skiers up the slope, so they can enjoy the 9 ski trails of the nearby ski resort, Appalachian Mountain. Appalachian Mountain has an elevation difference of 365 feet and gets blanketed by 4 feet of wonderful snow every winter.
