San Clemente State Beach is a stunning site any time of year, and there is a great hiking trail
nearby called the Los Pinos Trail. Verdugo Canyon is in the neighborhood of Caspers Wilderness Park and is definitely a splendid spot to stop at, and San Onofre State Beach is a great spot to stretch your legs a bit.
If you like the outdoors, you won’t be dissatisfied; there's fishing, whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, and playing golf, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
