Cherry Hill is a rather wet place commonly with a large amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during March, and April meanwhile is the driest month. This location is great, just check out all the amusing stuff to do near Cherry Hill. While you're here at Cherry Hill you will meet lots of folks from nearby Walhalla; if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Ellicott Rock Trail. Scaly Mountain is a great local ski area.

paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Chauga River, obviously you could also have a look at Walhalla Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all.
