Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the cool stuff you can do is swimming, playing golf, hiking, fishing, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored. This camp ground is to be found in the stunning White Mountains. In Maine you never run out of outdoors enjoyable things. There is so much entertaining stuff near North Camps, and if you're looking for a wonderful place to go for a camping trip, this is a nice pick.

North Camps is a campground loved by folks in Rangeley. Famous
 Maine generosity and a nice variety of enjoyable things will make you feel wonderful.
Camping out certainly is a fun thing to do, and North Camps in Maine is a wonderful place to go. A close by grade III-IV whitewater part can be found on Kennebago River; the Kennebago Lake to Bridge section is 7 miles long. Don’t count on keeping yourself dry whitewater rafting and kayaking this part of Kennebago River if by chance you're not an skilled raft paddler. Check
 
    restrictions ahead of going on the whitewater, otherwise it's not secure. While you're here at North Camps you can take a hike along the Bemis Stream Trail, and the cheerful people of Rangeley like to hang out close by. So much cool
  stuff to do in the White Mountains, not enough time. The Old Magalloway Trail is a great hiking trail near North Camps, and Grafton Notch State Park is worth visiting. This is a perfect campground. Do pop by Mooselookmeguntic Lake close to North Camps, it's a beautiful lake, and in case you want to get out on the water, Haines Landing Marina is close at hand.
