Lookout Creek has a close by whitewater segment; the 2.5 miles above Blue River to Blue River sector is a tremendous 2.5-mile-in-length category III-IV segment of whitewater. This sector of Lookout Creek is a mid difficulty segment for kayak paddling. Don't go kayak paddling in advance of first checking the latest conditions; it's treacherous matter. With its 2,848 foot difference in height it's a pretty
 
great outdoors trail; the Tipsoo Trail is 8.6 miles of great backpacking. You require one and a half days to trek the Tipsoo Trail; it's a difficult trek.
