Camp Patmos, Ohio Custom Search   Throughout the warm days of summer at Camp Patmos highs are ordinarily in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Camp Patmos. You have to get out, and Camp Patmos is a tremendous local campground if you happen to be in Ohio. There are so many fun things close to Camp Patmos, and camping is such a fun activity, and this is a tremendous place to do that. There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Camp Patmos called the West Harbor Trail, and Marblehead     Lighthouse State Park is a nice spot. This campground is always a joy. As if Camp Patmos wasn't sufficient, you can also go whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. This section of Ohio has a tremendous deal of outdoors activities offered. The Wetlands Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close to Camp Patmos, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Vermilion River. Lots of folks select this campground so they can go to Kelleys Island State Park. Places like Kelleys Island State Park are nice to stop by, and the smiling folks of Kelleys Island like to hang out close by. Camp Patmos is a popular spot with folks from Kelleys Island. On a nice day at Camp Patmos you can take a hike along the South Beach Trail;   Inscription Rock is an interesting spot to explore while at Camp Patmos. This is such a pretty campground. Going for a hike on the Blackberry Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and South Bay is in the neighborhood and always nice to pop by. Any time is a great time at Camp Patmos if you go for the outdoors. North Pond is an exciting swamp in the vicinity of Camp Patmos; while you're here, you could also go to striking Monument Pond. All the jolly folks and the brilliant large number of fun activities are in themselves reason enough to come here. The good local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are fine reasons to come. Camp Patmos gets a normal amount of rain; August is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
