Notch View, Green Mountains, New Hampshire

| | This camp ground is one of the great locations to camp here in the Green Mountains. The amount of precipitation that falls at Notch View is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is ordinarily the driest month. Notch View is a very popular old favorite campground among people of Colebrook.

is a magnificent choice. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Notch View reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Notch View dipping down into the 0's throughout winter

Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Notch View. Don't leave Notch View without first going for a hike along the Loon Trail, and you'll most likely meet some people from Colebrook here. If you come to this campground, you will have a brilliant time for sure. If you come at the right time of year, Israel River offers some wonderful whitewater, and the slopes of Balsams Wilderness are so inviting nobody can resist.

Pond Dam is a place that is near Notch View, and going for a hike on the Moose Trail is always a wonderful adventure. There is so much cool stuff near Notch View, and what a magnificent site for camping it is.
This campground has everything. There are glorious locations to
discover along the Shore Trail; drift down the rapids of Nulhegan River in a kayak. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be disenchanted; there's hiking, swimming, fishing, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so it's impossible to get bored. Many people stay here
to stop at close by Dixville Notch State Park.
A journey to Maidstone State Park invigorates the spirit, and a quick spree to Dyer Brook is undeniably a glorious idea. And that's not all there is to do here in the Green Mountains. Paddling on Mohawk River is so much fun; a
round of golf at nearby Colebrook Country Club Motel is a fine way to kill some time. You're most likely hooked on lakes, Lime Pond is one of those nearby.
Famous New Hampshire welcome and the ably operated operations beat anything. The glorious local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are delightful causes to come.
