At the store you may get desired items, and like all great campgrounds Camp Kinard of course has a pool where you may take a pleasant swim. Camp Kinard is located in a vicinity with a lot of entertaining things to do, and if you're trying to locate a good place to go camping for a couple of days, this is a good       selection. Loads of folks camp here to be right next door to Dreher Island State Park. Camp Kinard is a popular spot with the folks of Leesville. Some activities here at Camp Kinard are whitewater paddling, fishing, playing   golf, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. The pleasant pick of local attractions, and such a pleasant variety of outdoors recreation will absolutely have you coming back many times. Camp Kinard is a campground where campfires are permitted, and there are RV hookups for your RV here at Camp Kinard. The friendly surroundings and the good facilities have people coming from near and far. It's impossible to get bored in South Carolina if       you adore the outdoors. We must all go camping for a couple of days every now and then, and Camp Kinard in South Carolina is exactly what you need. A fine game of mini golf is always enjoyable at Harmon Tree Farm, and in the event   that you would like to get out on the water, Spinner's Resort & Marina is close by. A delightful place like Dreher Island State Park close to Camp Kinard is too good to leave out; going for a good fishing trip at Professional Fishing Guide is always cool. This is such a wonderful campground. You could also pop by Hayes Pond if you're here at Camp Kinard; it's nearby.   AMENITIES Tent camping is available - Outpost Campground offers it's own Picnic Pavilion with electrical outlets.  There is also a bathroom there on site.  Camp fires are allowed.  Sorry, no pets. RV hookups are available - 13 RV hookups - RV Campground overlooks the Lake.  Campground includes Shower and bath house, and picnic pavilion.  There are 13 paved RV sites with water and electrical hookups. 11 are 30 watt and 2 are 50 watt. There is also a dump station on site No Pets Campfires are allowed Grocery store nearby - Additional Comment: Located 7 miles away in Downtown Leesville.  For smaller food needs there is a gas station with blimpee and a truck stop resturant 3 miles away towards the interstate. Pool - Pool must be reserved.  There is an additional fee for groups not staying in the bunk bed cottages or the lodge rooms. No Game Room Store - There are assorted stores including Wal-Mart and Food Lion 7 miles away in downtown Leesville.
