So many local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will beyond doubt have you coming back repeatedly. A lot of people camp here to be in the neighborhood of Little River State Park.

    is plentiful, and what a great spot for camping it is. The 19 feet of great snow that fall yearly at the nearby ski hill Mad River Glen is great. Mad River Glen has 4 lifts, a fine 2,037-foot altitude difference, and 45 trails. The
 115 acres of skiing land at Mad River Glen is esteemed by skiers from near and far. Mad River Glen has 45% difficult trails and 55% green and blue trails. 468 acres of skiable land is available to the skiers who appear at Sugarbush in winter; 57% of the runs are green and blue while 43% are demanding. Nearby Sugarbush is a ski area having a good 2,650-foot vertical drop. Sugarbush has 115 runs and 17 great ski lifts and obtains 22 feet of fluffy snow yearly. The type I-II Hanksville to Cochran Road segment of Huntington River is 8 miles long. This stretch of Huntington River is a stretch of water suited for beginners in whitewater rafting or kayaking. Don't go whitewater rafting or kayaking  
in advance of first checking the situation; it's dangerous stuff. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mad River Glen, and unsurprisingly Jones Brook flows through this vicinity.
