great way to kill some time. At Fischer Dam WP380 right next door to Birch Trail Camp there are some out of the ordinary things to see; you can run the rapids of Totogatic River. From a rainfall point of view Birch Trail Camp is a relatively typical location; of all the months
in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This is a good campground. Brule River State Forest is a good place to take a look at on a gorgeous day, and unsurprisingly Shell Creek is a pretty stream that is worth visiting.
